Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Vibermate.com] ("Merchant") and the undersigned content provider ("Content Provider").

1. Overview

The Merchant allows Content Provider to upload or generate content, including real-time/live streaming, on Merchant's platform.

2. Content Standards

Content Provider agrees to adhere to the following standards:

• Content must not contain any illegal material or violate any laws or regulations.
• Content must comply with Merchant's content guidelines and standards.

3. Consent

Content Provider agrees to obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in the content, including:

• Consent to be depicted in the content.
• Consent to allow public distribution of the content and upload to Merchant's platform.
• If content is available for download by other users, consent to allow download.

4. Identity Verification

Content Provider agrees to verify the identity and age of all individuals depicted in the content to ensure they are adults and agrees to provide supporting documents upon request.

5. Agreement Signing

Content Provider acknowledges that by signing this Agreement electronically or otherwise, they are legally bound by its terms and conditions.

6. Uploading Agreement

Content Provider agrees to sign this Agreement and upload it to Merchant's platform before uploading any content.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
